Dinner is served in the former tobacco barn now known as the Wine Bar. Reservations are recommended but not required. The restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday evenings, select holidays, and special occasions. The menu is inspired from two great places - Kentucky & Italy. We showcase Kentucky Proud Beef and locally grown produce throughout a menu that is a fair mix of Kentucky influenced dishes, classic Italian cuisine, and our own fusion of these two unlikely cuisines that complement each other magically in Bardstown! We have designed each dish to best represent flavor and originality, and we aim to keep things simple so you can easily relax and enjoy your dinner, company, and the wonderful atmosphere. Dinner is prepared fresh here at Rosemark Haven, using the best ingredients we can find! Please note our current menu (excluding specials) below.

Appetizers ($10 to $14) Cheese & Fruit Plate, Grilled Shrimp with Risotto Pancake, Toasted Smoked-mozzarella Ravioli served with Marinara. Entrees ($13 to $32) **Italian Salad, and our unique fresh warm bread are included with all entrees** Angel Hair & Marinara with Italian Sausage, Meatballs or Shrimp; Pesto Linguini with grilled shrimp, chicken or sausage, Kentucky Petite Fillet, Grilled Chicken with Bourbon Cream Sauce, Squash & Mushrooms Flambéed in Bourbon, Blackened Tilapia, Tortellini in Pesto, Lobster Ravioli with Grilled Shrimp, Linguini with white wine, cream & parmesan sauce with spicy Italian sausage, Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with creamy white wine sauce, Some of Chef’s Specials include Grouper Filet, Salmon served with Risotto Rice Pancake and vegetable, and our “As you like it Pasta“ options. Ask about our specials. Desserts: Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, Peach Cobbler, Italian Cream Cake, and usually one or two other desserts - all made from scratch at Rosemark - are available, but please check with us about desserts for each evening. We offer a broad selection of wine and beer.
