Federal House

The completely restored original 1900 sq. ft. plantation home, or Federal House, is a separate cottage at Rosemark Haven. For a step back to the early 1800's (with modern conveniences), and a very private experience, stay in the Federal House!  Your private deck overlooks the grounds, and you are only steps from the main mansion where you receive the same great breakfast as all of our guests. The spacious bedrooms, kitchen area, and living room make for a lovely home away from home for small groups to gather or a truly romantic getaway.  The remodeled bathroom, situated between the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, is tiled in a simple terra cotta and offers a bathtub and shower.
